You can request deletion of your BTCCloudMinerPro account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens after we receive it.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@btccloudminer.pro
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include one or more of the following so we can locate your account:
   • The email address linked to your Google sign-in (if you used Google login)
   • Your in-app user ID (shown in the Me / Profile section)
   • Your invite / share code (if known)
4. Optionally state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted

Email deletion request

What we delete

After we verify your request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account identifiers and session tokens
• Profile information (display name, avatar URL, email if stored)
• Mining progress, balances, rigs, tasks, and in-app activity tied to your account
• Purchase and withdrawal records linked to your account, where deletion is permitted
• Support correspondence related to your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required by law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, or dispute resolution. For example:

• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance
• Security logs retained for a limited period to prevent abuse

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete, if an email address was provided.

Before you delete

• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled or cannot be completed after deletion
• Any unused in-app balance or progress will be permanently lost
• Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions (if any); manage those in Google Play
• You can also uninstall the app at any time without submitting a deletion request
